Longwood, Lake Mary and Sanford, Florida are located in prosperous Seminole County. Longwood
Longwood is one of the oldest cities in Central Florida, with its beginnings corresponding with the end of the Second Seminole War in the 19th century, when settlers began moving to Longwood and establishing orange groves. Many of the city's downtown buildings are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A commerce and industry-friendly city, Longwood maintains a small-town ambiance through careful planning. The city is home to almost 14,000 residents.

Lake Mary
With one of the lowest crime rates in Florida, Lake Mary is an attractive community for families, offering great schools, a variety of shopping, and a strong economy. With its roots in citrus-based agricultural, Lake Mary has quickly grown into a center for business. Lake Mary is located near Interstate 4, offering convenient access to Orlando and its attractions, and is home to about 11,000 residents.

Sanford
The county seat of Seminole County, Sanford began as a trade hub in the late 19th century, located on the south shore of Lake Monroe and at the head of the St. Johns River. Sanford also has strong roots in the citrus industry, as the town's namesake and founder, Henry Shelton Sanford, developed Belair, a citrus grove and experimental garden near Sanford that tested more than 140 orange varieties for their adaptability to the Central Florida climate. Home to about 38,000 residents, the city preserves its history through two historic districts listed on the National Register of Historic Places and a walking tour of the downtown historic district.
